General Refund Policy
Due to the digital and downloadable nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once a purchase is completed and download access or product keys have been generated. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or money-back guarantees for audio plugins, sample libraries, presets, ebooks, or software tools. By completing a purchase through our platform or authorized reseller partners, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Technical Reason for Non-Refundable Status
Our sample libraries and presets (including .dspreset and .dslibrary files designed for Decent Sampler), ebooks, and software tools are delivered as open, unencrypted digital assets without Digital Rights Management (DRM) or copy protection. Because downloaded audio files, ebooks, software binaries, and preset assets cannot be physically returned, uninstalled remotely, or deactivated once delivered to your machine, we are unable to process refunds after delivery.
Exceptions & Technical Support
We want to ensure you have a functional product. In the rare event that you experience technical difficulties, corrupt file downloads, or a verified duplicate transaction, please contact our support team. If a downloadable file is proven to be defective or incomplete and our technical support cannot provide a working replacement file or solution within a reasonable timeframe, a refund or store credit may be issued at our sole discretion or through our authorized resellers.
Revocation of License Upon Refund
In the exceptional event that a refund, account credit, or payment chargeback is processed for any reason, the End User License Agreement (EULA) granted to you upon purchase is immediately and automatically revoked and terminated. You must immediately delete and permanently remove all copies of the software binaries, sample libraries, presets, ebooks, and sound assets from all your devices and storage systems. Continued use, public performance, or distribution of our assets following a refund constitutes intentional copyright infringement.
Order Cancellation & Subscriptions
Orders for downloadable digital products cannot be cancelled once payment processing has completed and download access has been granted. If we offer recurring subscription services in the future, you may cancel your subscription auto-renewal at any time prior to your next billing cycle through your account management settings or through our authorized reseller checkout system, after which you will retain access until the end of your current paid billing period without prorated refunds.
